Small: fits wrists 5.5 inches - 6 inches around and is5 inches long

Medium: fits wrists 6.1 inches - 6.6 inches around and is5.5 inches long

Large: fits wrists 6.7-7.2 inches around and is6 inches long

X-Large: fits wrists 7.3-7.8 inches around and is 6.5 inches long(this band is extra stretchy so it could probably stretch up to a 8.3 inch wrist)

This watch band is made out of a cotton fabric with a green knit pattern.This fabric doesn't have a lot of stretch so size up if you like some extra space.This watch band has an elastic band in it and is stretchy but should fit tight against your wrist like a scrunchie would!
